I ordered a grey shirt but it came with holes. I saw another person to who happened the same. Maybe it has something to do with the color. I contacted the seller for this and they sent a new one this time in red. The seller was very polite and open to compensate. They delivered very fast both ítems. Now regardless of that the quality seems pretty good. I'm not a Merino expert but appereantly this is real Merino according to other Merino products that I own and they passed the burning test according to the properties that wool should have. Is good price for a good quality item and I'm happy with it even wit the one that came with holes. It is still usable (I pulled where the holes are and they did not tear any more).
